Made in Germany circa 1957. Has 50mm / 90mm and 135mm frames with parallax adjustment. Use all Leica M-mount and M39x1 screw mount lenses (with adapter). Also could use other M-mount and Screw-mount lenses, like Voigtlander-Cosina, Canon-RF, Konica-RF and others. Shutter speeds are: 1sec -1/1000 on non-rotating dial. No DENTS or DINGS. Some rub marks on the top cover. Bottom plate has some marks. Camera is in good working order. This camera was recently cla’d best as possible by Youxin Ye. The vulcanite on these early Leica M models is fragile, and should be replaced if you are going to use the camera. Good working rangefinder with bright and contrast second image. Bright viewfinder, with clear bright frames. Good condition shutter curtains. Original take up spool. Good working early Leica M3 camera in fairly clean condition. Comes with an M body cap.
