This 1957 Leica M3 Double Stroke camera is in truly sensational condition, with only minor signs of use, some very light bright marks on the top plate, and more noticeable bright marks on the bottom plate. The CLA was done last year by Youxin Ye, and the operation of the camera is superb, very smooth film advance with accurate shutter speeds. Truly a joy to shoot with. Only three rolls of film have been run through the camera since the CLA, and all came out with excellent focus, exposure, and contrast. The shutter is in beautiful condition. The viewfinder is bright and clear and the rangefinder patch is excellent, easy to focus. Viewfinder flare is not a problem with this camera. Included with the camera is a truly mint condition, the best I have ever seen, 1962, 50mm f/2 Rigid Summicron lens with original caps. The barrel has one extremely light bright mark just under the f/2.8 engraving, not even visible in the picture, the rest is spotless. The glass is very clean and bright. No fungus, haze, scratches, and almost no dust, a super clean example throughout, which takes incredible pictures. Also included are a virtually new leather Cam-in camera strap, a Leica Wetzlar 12585H black lens shade, and three B+W 39mm unused filters, UV, Yellow, and Red. This camera not only looks amazing, it takes amazing photographs. This is a fixed price sale only, there is no best offer, I just can’t remove this from the listing.
