Details and Condition: Unique vintage 14K yellow gold and black enamel camera charm with hinged photo locket compartment. By far one of the most interesting and finely crafted tiny charms we have ever found. Designed as a vintage rangefinder camera, this charm has a hinged door that reveals a concealed compartment for two photographs on the interior. The gold body was decorated with textured black enamel to simulate the shark leather wraps utilized on cameras of the time. Most impressively, the lens includes lots of fine details including aperture and focal length inscriptions, timer and shutter release levers, and even simulated hardware and screws. We were blown away by the craftsmanship and attention to detail found on this beautiful charm. Great vintage condition with light wear consistent with age and use. Missing a few nibbles of black enamel, but they are not immediately noticeable, especially when worn. Photo compartment hinge is fully-functional and closes securely. Two gold bezels for securing pictures are included within. Marked 14K on reverse. Gold purity confirmed and guaranteed through X-Ray testing. Simply add a connector jump ring, and it is ready to attach on your favorite charm bracelet. Any major flaws will be noted above.
