Up for sale is an used Leica IIIf Red Scale camera w/ 3. LTM Lenses: Summaron 3.5/3.5cm, Elmar 3.5/5 cm Red Scale (with FISON hood), and Elmar 4/9cm lenses (including Lens Case); 2 View Finders: 3.5cm SLBOO and VIDOM (including Original Finder Case); Leica DEOOC Synchro Flash (CHICO) with Original Box; and IIIf Instruction. A beautiful set of combo. IIIf was made in 1953. All function well and smooth. Very good condition and is ready to shoot. · There is a small dent on the top plate See Pic. · Shows a sign of cosmetic wear from normal use. R curtain is in good condition without any pin-holes. · Shutter works at all different speeds! · Viewfinder and rangefinder contain a slight amount of internal dust when shining a flashlight through. Otherwise it doesn’t affect anything for shooting. All 3 lenses’ bodies are in “user” condition. There are some scuffs and surface scratches on the lens barrel from normal use, but overall is in good condition given its age. Please see photos for visual reference. All glasses are free. Of fungus, scratches, or separation. All 3 lenses contain a slight amount of inter. Nal dust under the flashlight (common to all Leica lenses). They all have a few hairline cleaning marks. All 3 lenses have slightly haze due to their ages See Pic. 9, 13, and 16. So far I had tested with several rolls of films with no image quality issues. But a CLA would help if you do care. Let me know if you want to see more pics. · Clean and smooth. All apertures have no oil on the blades. All apertures and focuses are smooth. · There are 4 silicone drops on the the SLBOO front element See Pic. 19 and 20 to secure the glass I think. But when seeing through the finder, they won’t appear in the frame line See Pic. · Both SLBOO and VIDOM show a sign of cosmetic wear from normal use. · Fully function and VIDOM turns smooth at all different scales. · Viewfinders contain slight amount of internal dust when shining a flashlight through.
